About Us

St. Helens Autobody has been at its current location of 560 Milton Way, St. Helens since 1993 and is locally owned and operated. St. Helens Auto Body can be seen from Highway 30 although the directions below will help you locate us. Our  hours of operation are: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Our Goals

St. Helens Auto Body’s main goal is to repair your vehicle to your total satisfaction and to pre-accident condition in a timely manner. We strive to do so while maintaining quality, honesty and integrity. The customer’s comfort during this time is also of prime importance to St. Helens Auto Body. We want to make your experience at our shop as pain free as possible.

Estimates & Insurance

St. Helens Auto Body offers free estimates for any vehicle Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.  An appointment is not necessary.

St Helens Auto Body personnel are trained to help you initiate and complete your insurance claim.  We have the ability to send photos and estimates to the insurance company of your choice.  We work with all insurance companies or you may wish to pay for the repair yourself.   You are welcome to pay for your repair using a debit card, Visa, or a Mastercard.

Our estimators are highly skilled professionals who will work with you, (updating you at the appropriate times) during the repair process. If our hours of operation are inconvenient for you, we can arrange for an estimator to meet with you at a time that better suits your needs.

Towing & Rental Cars

In the event you are involved in an accident and your vehicle is undriveable, St. Helens Auto Body can arrange for the vehicle to be towed to our shop. In the event a rental car is your choice of transportation during the time your vehicle is being repaired in our shop, we can arrange for Enterprise to deliver a rental car to our facility.

We can arrange to have your vehicle towed to our shop if your vehicle is not driveable. We use Enterprise Rent-A-Car for our rental cars and we can arrange to have a rental car meet you at our shop.

If you do not have rental car insurance Enterprise offers reasonable rates to the customers of our shop.

Our Repair Shop

We use only the latest in state of the art equipment in our body shop. We have a measuring system that uses a velocity (laser), in conjunction with our frame rack, which gives a computer read out.

All of our technicians are trained to use the latest tools and equipment the industry has to offer.  The correct equipment is essential to repairing your vehicle back to factory specifications and pre loss condition.

Our paint technicians use Dupont paint products when refinishing your vehicle.  Our technicians are trained to mix and tint to the factory formula of your vehicle.  We go the extra step and buff the final finish.

Your vehicle has now reached the final stage of repair and our detail technician cleans and vacuums your vehicle.  Your vehicle is now ready for its final inspection.

Meet Our Team

We have a great team of individuals at our shop to work on your vehicle. Each of them have unique skills that are an asset to our company.

St. Helens Auto Body prides itself on having autobody technicians with I-CAR and ASE training. Our paint technicians have undergone extensive training in their field and continue to stay apprised of the latest products. All of our technicians have many years of experience.

Our team consists of an estimator/shop manager, two autobody technicians and two paint technicians.  In addition, we have a part time detail technician and a part time office assistant.  The owners of St. Helens Auto Body also fill in when needed. Samantha is our shop dog . You can find her in the office napping and keeping an eye on who comes and goes!
